Crescent Rolls

Crescent Rolls
Lion House Recipe
Yield: 2 dozen

2 Tablespoon yeast
2 cups warm water
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup dry milk
1 egg
5-6 cups flour

Activate the yeast in the warm water. Mix everything except the flour. Add half the flour and beat until smooth. Add the remaing flour. Mix well and let rise until double in size. 

Divide into three balls. Roll each ball out and slice like a pizza into 8 triangles. Roll each triangle from the large end to the small end. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Let rise again until almost double in size. 

Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
