Corn Bread

Corn Bread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Set Aside:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Beat the first ingredients until well mixed. Mix the sour cream and the baking soda. Mix everything together. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
