Thick Spaghetti Sauce

This sauce recipe was given to be by Florence many years ago.

Thick Spaghetti Sauce

1 lb. Ground Beef or Italian Sausage
1 med onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
28 oz can of diced or crushed tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth
2-3 dashes of red pepper
pepper
1/4 cup Fresh Basil
Pinch of Fresh Parsley
Dried Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram

Saute:
Meat, onion, garlic

Add:
Tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, red pepper, pepper, basil, parsley and spices.

Simmer for 10-30 minutes.
