How to make Pico de Gallo

Pico is a lovely fresh addition to any Mexican meal!!

I just love the way this easy dish so beautifully represents the colors of the Mexican flag.


Pico de Gallo

Tomato
Onion
Cilantro
Lime Juice

Chop everything up and squeeze some lime juice over it. I also like to add a pinch of salt (it helps to cut the acidity).
