Chicken Parmesan


Chicken Parmesan

1 lb. Chicken Breasts
2 Eggs

Breading:
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Sauce:
1 can Tomato Sauce
Basil
Garlic
Sliced Mozzarella      


Beat the eggs. Dip the chicken in the eggs and then the breading. Brown in a skillet with a little olive oil. Place the chicken in a 9x13 pan. Cover with sauce and cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Serve over pasta or on toasted french bread as a sandwich.
