Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Yes... I am bragging, but this is the best dip and you'll want to double the batch if there are more than 10 people munching on it.

Artichoke and Spinach Dip

1 package cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Allow cream cheese to come to room temp. Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Parmesan. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach and mix until blended. Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray. Spread dip in pan and top with mozzarella cheese. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with toasted bread.
