Overnight Rolls

Overnight Rolls

1 Tablespoon yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons warm water
1 cup scalded milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups flour

Mix first three ingredients and set aside. Mix next two separately and set aside. Beat sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix everything together. Beat for five minutes. Refrigerate overnight.

Roll small balls of dough, dip each one in butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Toss into a greased bundt pan. 


Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
